Our senior team
A lot of work goes on behind the scenes throughout the year to plan and deliver the SuperTroop holiday. Our Senior Team is made up of smaller, dedicated teams with their own responsibilities who have monthly planning meetings together throughout the year. As soon as one holiday has been delivered it isn’t long before we begin planning the next one!
Our Senior Team is made up of professionals from a diverse set of backgrounds, such as clinical psychology, child development, medical and education. They have an enormous wealth of expertise, knowledge and experience, which ensures we create a safe environment where all our holidaymaker’s needs are met.

Holiday coordination Team
Ellen and Hannah.
Responsible for coordinating the different teams and leading the planning of the holiday.
Families and holidaymaker support
Sally, Lindsay, Kathrine and Nat
Ensure all of our holidaymakers and their families feel ready for the week and that we know how to best support our holidaymakers during the holiday. They meet any new holidaymakers and gets updates on how our returning holidaymakers’ years have been.
Medical and health team
Lyndsay, Aiden, Rosie and Jenny
Responsible for the medical care of our holidaymakers, including diabetes care and managing medications.
Fettes Operations
Andrew, Sue and Caoilinn
Communicating and coordinating with the Fettes administration. Fettes host our holidays and support SuperTroop in numerous ways, for example by organising an annual fundraiser and hosting our AGM. This Team is the essential conduit between SuperTroop and Fettes College.
Timetable operations
Craig, Suzanne, Barnaby and Seb
Managing the logistics and timelines for the planning of the holiday. Ensuring we all stay on target and deliver a consistent, fantastic holiday every year!
Digital
Kevin and Shane
Responsible for managing the photographs and videos from the holiday. This includes sharing media directly with our holidaymakers families every evening and uploading content to our social media platforms.
