Our Members are people who want to support SuperTroop by
spreading the word about what we're doing
circulating fundraising campaigns
helping reach people when we are recruiting new volunteers or trustees
promoting our values.
Members will be updated with news about our progress by email about four times per year. We invite our Members to attend the AGM which takes place in Edinburgh and online, around October-November each year.
We want to build a membership of supportive and interested people across the community - and not just people from a disability background. It's essential to have professionals from a range of employments who can comment on our efficiency as a charitable organisation, as well as on the quality of service we deliver.
Membership is free. Importantly, at the AGM, our members elect new board members, so we need people who understand our aims and care about achieving them. From 2023 the AGM will be hybrid so you can attend even if you are not from the local Edinburgh and Lothians community.
